زانتان گام
صمغ زانتان گام یک پلی ساکارید ساخته شده توسط باکتری می­باشد. پلی ساکارید از کربوهیدرات، یک منبع نیتروژن، فسفات و برخی از عناصر کمیاب تهیه شده است. غلظت نهایی زانتان تولید شده براساس روش تولید، باکتری ها، و …… تا حد زیادی متفاوت خواهد بودهمچنین این ماده  از پلیمرهای طبیعی محلول در آب می باشد.
کاربردها: سوسپانسیون ساز – منعقدکننده – استابیلایزر (پایدارکننده – ویسکوزیفایر (غلظت دهنده)
کاربرد زانتان گام:
زانتان گام به عنوان یک عامل افزاینده رئولوژی در صنایع غذایی و در محصولات آرایشی کاربرد گسترده­ای دارد. علاوه بر این  زانتان گام در عملیات حفاری نفت و گاز طبیعی به عنوان افزاینده رئولوژی سیال حفاری مصرف زیادی دارد.صمغ زانتان در دیگر موارد همچون :
مواد غذایی و نوشیدنی،در انواع سس ها،در جایگزین سفیده تخم مرغ،سوپ فوری،کاهش چربی، مارگارین،بستنی ، آب میوه ونان فاقد گلوتن مصارف بسیار دارد .

Feature:
Xanthan Gum, which is mainly made from starch, is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by fermentation with Xanthomonas Campestris under the conditions of special nutrient medium, PH, O2-supply and temperature, the purified, dried and milled into white-like or light-yellow free-flowing powder.
Xanthan Gum can be widely used in more than twenty industrial fields, such as food pharmaceutical, fine chemical, agriculture, oil drilling, and so on. Comparing with other kinds of gum, xanthan gum has many advantages:
